Here we are:
We form a group of international multi-disciplinal
consultants who have successfully operated in many cities and
countries in the world.
A thirty-year experience dating back to when General
De Gaulle, flying above Paris, decided to create satellite towns
called Villes Nouvelles. He had realized that the countryside
would soon be depopulated and life in cities would become uneasy
if they failed to take adequate measures.
The British, US and French governments agreed
on such reflection and mutually decided to set up a no profit
body called International Urban Development Association (INTA-AIVN).
Its headquarters is in Paris, the operative branch is in The
Hague, its presidency is from United Kingdom.
We represent them in Italy, their experience
and activity.
We work out the solutions to the following questions
on territorial issues:
How a city, a region, a country or an area may
be made attractive in terms of permanent and productive activities.
How tourism flows can be created without spoiling the area at
issue, improving the quality of life of its inhabitants and bringing
in employment and wealth.
On urban development we can supply consulting services which make
us a worldwide leader in the relevant sector.
We render our services to the European Union (DG
XVI), the United Nations and cites and countries worldwide.
We have a specific experience on promotion agencies,
mixed companies, public and private joint-ventures, free-trade
areas, plan activity areas, etc. drawn from those countries in
which they have been first established and have been successful.
